At the meeting held on November 6, 2015, the Board of Directors of Nissha Printing Co., Ltd. resolved as below regarding allocation of interim dividend for the 97th business term (from April 1, 2015 through March 31, 2016).
Documents concerning payment of the interim dividends are scheduled to be sent on coming December 3, 2015 to the registered address of shareholders.
