Company Profile

Nissha Precision and Technologies is a manufacturing company for our Device business. We produce touch sensors and force sensors, and also provide contract processing services such as patterning, laminating, cutting and module sub-assembly for film and conductive materials.
We have 4 factories (Himeji, Kaga, Tsu, and Kyoto) as mass production bases with clean rooms.

Main processing technologies

Patterning

Patterning

Processing technology which forms functional metal patterns on films. Our roll-to-roll photolithography process which exposes, develops, and etches both sides simultaneously, realizes high-definition patterning and high productivity. We also offer screen printing and laser patterning.

Laminating

Laminating

Processing technology for laminating film to film. Roll to roll laminating, which can be applied to both single-sided and double-sided films, realizes high-precision laminating. We also offer sheet to sheet laminating.

Cutting

Cutting

Processing technology to cut film into specified shapes. Depending on lot size, we offer both roll-to-roll cutting and sheet-to-sheet cutting.

Module sub-assembly

Module sub-assembling

Technology which sub-assembles a product into a modular form for equipping in final products, such as FPC thermal compression bonding onto cut film elements.
