Nissha Printing Co., Ltd. (hereafter, Nissha) announces that Nissha dissolved joint company with eLife Inc. (hereafter, eLife.)

On December 2008, Nissha and eLife established joint company "Nissha Interactive Corporation (hereafter, Nissha Interactive)" to propose the total sales promotion that unites the printing (Real) and the internet solution (Net). However, Nissha and eLife agreed to dissolve our joint company because the business environment has changed. On March 29, 2011, Nissha acquired all stocks that eLife held, and Nissha Interactive became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nissha.
