Nissha Printing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Nissha”) hereby announces the dissolution and liquidation of its subsidiary Nissha Sales Promotion & Products Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Nissha Sales Promotion & Products”).

Reason for Dissolution and Liquidation

Nissha Sales Promotion & Products had engaged in the planning, manufacturing, and selling of sales promotion products. However, after suspended operations in April 2014, its parent company, Nissha had been continuing the business. Nissha has decided to dissolve and liquidate the former because there are no plans to restart its business.
