We hereby announce that AR Metallizing N.V. (hereinafter, “ARM”), a consolidated subsidiary in the Industrial Materials Business Unit of Nissha Co., Ltd. , has acquired all shares of Eurofoil - Paper Coating GmbH, a German manufacturer of metallized paper, and fully completed the transaction today. In addition to strengthening its position in eco-friendly, paper-based packaging and labelling materials in the European region, this acquisition will allow ARM to expedite the development of new products by utilizing Eurofoil – Paper Coating GmbH’s processing technology.
