Nissha Schuster Kunststofftechnik (hereinafter “Nissha Schuster”) and Nissha Back Stickers, both Group Companies of Nissha Co., Ltd., have merged effective January 1, 2024, under the new name Nissha Advanced Technologies Europe GmbH.
Both companies are based in Germany, with Nissha Schuster engaged in the production and sales of decorative molded parts for mobility interiors and exteriors and sustainable molded products, and Nissha Back Stickers engaged in the production and sales of decorative films for mobility interiors and exteriors. This merger aims to consolidate managerial resources and streamline operations, setting the stage for further advancements.
