Nissha Group sees its Mission as to realize the enrichment of people’s lives by creating technology and developing it into economic and social value through the diverse capabilities, passion, and leadership of the global Nissha Group. To achieve this, we have formulated a Health and Productivity Management Policy based on the belief that it is important for the realization of our Mission that each and every employee to be physically and mentally healthy and to be highly motivated in their work, as this will lead to improvements in company performance.

Structure

We have appointed a senior vice president and Chief Human Resources Officer in charge of health and productivity management as part of our health and productivity management promotion structure. Under the leadership of the director, the Health and Productivity Management Subcommittee, which is under the Risk Management and Compliance Committee, drafts and promotes plans for the Group’s health measures.

Acquired the Certified Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organizations

We have been recognized as a "2024 Certified Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organizations (Large Enterprise Category)" by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry for the third year in a row. The certification is given to companies with especially excellent health management practices.

Various Measures for Health and Productivity Management

We consider the maintenance and enhancement of mental and physical health to be an important management issue for employees to fully exercise their abilities, and promote following measures. 
  • Improvement of health literacy:
    Holding of seminars on women's health and providing trainings on mental health
  • Improvement of lifestyle:
    Providing exercise opportunities and healthy menus in a cafeteria
  • Prevention and early recognition of disease:
    Support for the fee of full examination, abolition of smoking area
  • Improvement of work style and working environment:
    Leveling of working hours, establishment of work-interval systems, promotion practices for career plan
