This processing technology creates thin layer on films. By using two different types of coating technologies, we can create required functional layer on various types of plastic films.

This technology allows us to unroll rolls of sheets and cut (slit) them lengthwise at arbitrarily chosen widths, and at the same time, to rewind them into a roll. We have the expertise to adjust tension and cutting conditions to the optimal to suit each type of film.

A type of intaglio printing. As we can adjust the amount of ink, we can reproduce even ornate designs with gradations of light and dark. By combining this with our coating and vapor deposition technologies, we can add not just design but function as well.

This technology involves the evaporation and sublimation of materials such as metals in a vacuum to form a thin layer by depositing the particles on the surface of a substrate or plate. By creating a thin, even metal layer over the base film, we can create beautiful metallic patterns.
