Announcing the Commencement of Operations at Malaysian Subsidiary

Nissha Printing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Nissha”) hereby announces the commencement of operations of its wholly-owned Malaysian sales subsidiary, Nissha Industrial and Trading Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., on November 3, 2014.

Goals in Commencing Operations

Nissha established Southern Nissha Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary, in Malaysia in 1995 and has developed businesses activities as a production base for Industrial Materials Business in the Southeast Asia region. We will commence full-scale sales activities regarding transfer foil, film products, mold goods, and other products for the automotive, home electronics, cosmetics, and other markets in order to further expand our business in the Southeast Asian region, which is experiencing striking economic growth.
