Nissha Receives Platinum Kurumin Certification
as a Company Supporting Child-Raising

Nissha Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, “Nissha”) has received Platinum Kurumin certification from the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare.
Based on the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-generation Children, “Platinum Kurumin” is a system to certify companies that have already obtained Kurumin certification in recognition of their measures to support employees with children and are carrying out initiatives at an even higher level.
Nissha first obtained Kurumin certification in 2009, which it has retained for three consecutive terms (a total of 11 years), and has subsequently expanded its initiatives to support employees who are raising children through systems to mitigate career stoppages due to the effects of various life events, to support both men and women in balancing work and child-raising, to limit overtime work through frequent notification of working hours to employees and their superiors, and so on.
