On June 5, 2019, Nissha Co., Ltd. was informed by Nakagyo Police Department, Kyoto Prefectural Police Headquarters that our ex-employee has been arrested on suspicion of illicit obtainment of our trade secrets.
We decline to comment further on this case because the Police continue an investigation and the matter is related to our trade secrets. We hope that his/her acts will be punished strictly under criminal law.
