About the Phoenixi incubation program

Whereas incubation programs in general are designed to provide support for entrepreneurs launching a new business, the Phoenixi incubation program selects participants who are already company employees and yet wish to take on the challenge of a start-up or entrepreneur and aim for innovation. Through rigorous screening, Phoenixi has selected nine participants from seven supporting companies to live together for four months, inspire and enhance one another, and flesh out their individual business plans for resolving social issues.
