Nissha Co., Ltd. has been recognized as "2020 Certified Health and Productivity Management Organization (Large Enterprise Category)" for four consective years.

The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) encourages companies to make strategic health and productivity management efforts for maintaining their employees’ health from a management perspective. As part of this, METI has designed this recognization program to highlight outstanding enterprises engaging in efforts for health and productivity management.

Our Mission is to realize the enrichment of people’s lives by creating technology and developing it into economic and social value through the diverse capabilities, passion, and leadership of the Group. We consider that the physical and mental health of each of our employees is the foundation for achieving this Mission, and are carrying out the following specific initiatives.

• In addition to maintaining an employee regular health checkup 100%, encouragement of check-up of cancer screening and detailed examinations.
• Strengthen specific health guidance for employees with metabolic syndrome
• Holding a participatory exercise courses and providing a correspondence course smoking cessation
• Continue to improve the workplace environment through the utilizing stress checks.
