Notice of Application for Selection of
"Prime Market" in New Market Segments

Nissha Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "the Company") has resolved at the Board of Directors held today to select the "Prime Market" as the new market segment and to apply for the Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. (TSE).
The Company has received the initial assessment result of compliance with the listing criteria for the new market segment from the TSE as of July 9, 2021, and has confirmed that the Company compliance with the listing criteria for the "Prime Market".
The Company will proceed with the procedures for application to select the new market segment in accordance with the schedule set by the TSE toward the transition to the new market segment scheduled for April 4, 2022.
The Company has received the initial assessment result of compliance with the listing criteria for the new market segment from the TSE as of July 9, 2021, and has confirmed that the Company compliance with the listing criteria for the "Prime Market".
