Notice Regarding Influence of
the Noto Peninsula Earthquake

The Nissha Group would like to express our sincerest condolences to all who are suffering from the Noto Peninsula Earthquake in Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan.
Following our Emergency Action Protocol, we have established “the Special Task Force for the Noto Peninsula Earthquake" at 6:00 p.m. on January 1, 2024. Our aim is to assess damages and implement recovery measures based on the protocol.
We hereby inform as follows the influence of the earthquake at Kaga Factory of Nissha Precision and Technologies, Inc. (100% subsidiary of Nissha Co., Ltd.).
1. No casualty of our employees working at Kaga Factory has been confirmed.
2. No significant damage in Kaga Factory has been reported, but minor damage has only occurred to the production equipment.
