Diversity and Inclusion

Nissha has set the ratio of female managerial staff as our KPIs in one of the initiatives that symbolize diversity, and is moving ahead with two policies: “Diversification of Working Styles” and “Diversification of Recruiting.”

KPI

Basic Approach to Diversity

Nissha is a company that continues to grow by changing itself. The driving force of our growth is the “diverse capabilities” and “passion” contained in our Mission (our motivation and meaning). These are where Nissha's human resources strategy stems from. Nissha brings together people from all sorts of backgrounds, regardless of nationality, race, or gender, training them in a planned way. This increases our overall organizational strength, and, along with embodying “Diversity and Inclusion,” we provide a working environment and system where each person can fully exercise their capabilities. Our aim is growth both as employees and as a company.

Where Nissha sees itself in 2030 is laid out in our Long-term Vision, or Sustainability Vision, and where we want to be in the next three years is in our Medium-term Vision. Backcasting from these, we set annual activities targets and work to carry them out. The diversity of human resources capabilities is, likewise, based on these approaches, and we have set out activities targets towards become what we want to be by 2030.
