Nissha Co., Ltd.

As announced in the “Notice Regarding Conclusion of Share Purchase Agreement with Kyodo Printing Co., Ltd. for Transfer of Nissha’s Information and Communication Business (Tokyo Area)” dated September 4, 2018, the Tokyo area businesses (the market and business foundation, with exceptions, in the Tokyo area) of Nissha Co., Ltd.’s subsidiary in charge of its Information and Communication business, Nissha Printing Communications, Inc., will be taken over as a new company (scheduled to be known as Kyodo NCI Printing Co., Ltd.) formed from joint investment by Kyodo Printing (President : Yoshiaki Fujimori) and Nissha Printing Communications on January 7, 2019.
Nissha Printing Communications will reduce its businesses in the Tokyo area and concentrate its business foundation in the Kansai area. In future, the company will aim to improve business revenue through the appropriate allocation of management resources in the markets and business fields where its strengths lie, based on fields where it can make use of its highly accurate, high quality color reproduction capacities.
