Nissha Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Nissha”) announces that our group companies, Nitec Industries, Inc. and Nitec Precision and Technologies, Inc. will change their company names to Nissha Industries, Inc. and Nissha Precision and Technologies, Inc. respectively, effective as of December 31, 2023.
“Nissha” is the brand of our group. By incorporating the common brand into the company names, we aim to enhance the unity of the group and strive for further growth.
