The new facility is scheduled for completion in April 2027, followed by a phased installation of manufacturing equipment and a gradual ramp‑up to full operation. Through the operation of this new building, NMT expects to increase its production capacity to more than double the current level. This expansion will further enhance NMT’s ability to meet the evolving needs for advanced and miniaturized medical devices and support the continued growth of its business.

Micro molded components manufactured by NMT are used in a wide range of applications, including minimally invasive surgical instruments such as endoscopic devices, surgical‑assist robots, diagnostic equipment, and medical wearable sensors. These components play an important role in supporting the miniaturization and enhanced functionality of medical devices, thereby supporting the reduction of physical burden on patients and enhancing usability in clinical settings.

*Micro molding is an injection molding process that forms fine structures with dimensional accuracy at the micrometer (1/1,000 millimeter) scale.
