Nissha Co., Ltd.’s subsidiary in charge of its Information and Communication business, Nissha Printing Communications, Inc. (hereinafter Nissha Printing Communications), will consolidate our manufacturing subsidiary, Nitec Printing Co., Ltd. In January 7, 2019 as part of the restructure in our Information and Communication Business. With this, Nissha Printing Communications will gather its plate making process into Nissha Printing Communications at Global Headquarters in Kyoto, and its mass-production process after printing into Kameoka Factory in Kameoka, Kyoto.
