Structure
As part of our health and productivity management promotion structure, we have appointed Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer as the director responsible for health and productivity management. Under the Risk Management and Compliance Committee, the Health and Productivity Management Subcommittee, led by the director of the committee, drafts and promotes plans in conjunction with related departments for the Group’s health measures. As of 2025, a chief industrial physician has now been appointed to participate in the health and productivity management promotion structure.

Various Measures
The Health and Productivity Management Subcommittee, which includes occupational health staff, plays a central role in promoting health management through various measures based on the Strategy Map.
- Wellness Plates:
The company provides healthy plate menus at our in-house cafeterias. - Boost the rate of detailed medical checkups:
The company covers expenses for detailed medical checkups for those employees whose health check results indicate that they need further examinations. - Support quitting smoking:
The company offers subsidies for clinics and aids to stop smoking, and health guidance provided by in-house health staff. - Specific health guidance: In-house health staff provide support for employees in reviewing their lifestyle habits.
- Carry out health literacy training:
The company holds seminars on female health and mental health.

We have been recognized as a “2025 Certified Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organizations (Large Enterprise Category)” by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry for the fourth year in a row. The certification is given to companies with especially excellent health management practices.
